When Meditation Stopped Working for Me: My Breathwork Story

I used to think meditation was the answer to everything, and I've pretty much built my entire life and business around my practice.

But there came a point when it just…stopped working...

Sure, it was calming in the moment, but the second I re-entered my life, I was once again seconds away from getting triggered into a meltdown.

It wasn’t until I learned about trauma and the nervous system that everything clicked. I discovered I was trying to use the wrong tool for what stress state my body was in.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm sharing what happened when meditation wasn’t enough and the surprising shifts that came when I started working with my nervous system instead of against it.
