Are you living in wholeness… or halfness?

Hi Reader -

Preview: Why polarity creates inner division

Do you ever feel divided inside?
Or divided from others… or even from the world?

That feeling of division is more common than we realize.

Often, this comes from our relationship to polarity.

It’s so easy (and normal) to cling to one side of a polarity that we judge as “right” or “good,” and in turn have judgment toward the other side as “wrong” or “bad.”

This week on the Practicing Wholeness podcast, I’m sharing a framework that has been one of the most useful tools for me.

In the episode, I walk through how this framework helps us:

• Get out of black-and-white thinking
• Find unity within
• Find unity with others
• Reconcile polarity

Wholeness is exactly what it sounds like.

To feel “whole,” we must bridge the divide between polarities and make space for each half.

Otherwise?

We are living in halfness, not wholeness.

It’s a simple way to move from inner conflict toward integration.

If you want a practical tool to help you bridge the gap, this episode is a great place to start.

You can listen on the podcast — or watch the episode on YouTube if you prefer a visual format.

I’d also love to support you in this process live. If this concept is calling to you, come join my Creation Circle this Sunday, March 15, 2026. This is an open invitation to practice together.

You’ll have space to reflect, ask questions, and experience how this framework can help you reconnect with the love and wisdom already within you.

I would love to see you there.

You are loved.

Namaste,
brooke

P.S. There will be a partial replay of the Creation Circle published on the Practicing Wholeness podcast. The teaching and demonstration will be recorded, but the live discussion will not (and it’s my favorite part!). Come live if you can.
