Are you creating from fear or safety?

Hi Reader -

Most of us are not conscious of the fear that often influences our day-to-day life, especially if we have acclimated to it. Fear can take many disguises.

It can look like:

Anxiety

Worry

Depression

Lack and scarcity mindset

People Pleasing

Striving

Achieving

Going through the motions

Survival mode

Placing all our hope and happiness in a future outcome...

Having spent most of my life in the striving and achievement mindset, I never ever would have labeled that as fear.

And yet...

It absolutely was fear.

Fear of not being accepted or loved if I was mediocre and putting so much value on future outcomes to deliver all my hopes and dreams.

Having spent the last several years navigating trauma, I can also speak about creating from a place of being in survival, people-pleasing, anxiety, and just going through the motions.

This?

Also, fear.

As much havoc as that trauma brought to my life (and my body), I can tell you that it has been a profound teacher. Most importantly, it has taught me just how important it is to live and create from a feeling of safety instead. This is why I revised my entire model of the Law of Creation, to begin with navigating our feelings first.

In this week's podcast episode, we explore:

  • The two types of fear and how to tell the difference.
  • Why nervous system regulation is the key to shifting from fear to safety.
  • How the Law of Creation (Feel, Be, See, Say, Do) can transform your process.

Feel, be, see, say, and do.

You are a creator. The light in me honors the light in you.

Delightfully,

P.S. Last call for this month's breathwork journey! March 18, 7:00-8:30 p.m. MST. If you aren't able to attend live, I will provide a replay that is available for the three weeks after the event (though I'd love to see you in person!) Breathwork has, hands down, been the most effective way for me to get out of a fear state. So excited to share more of my own story in next week's podcast!
