When I decided to bring back my past podcasts and courses in a new form, I made myself a quiet promise:
Only if it comes from love.
Because the truth is, while my original work was deeply heartfelt and full of intention, it was also shaped—beneath the surface—by something I couldn’t fully see at the time:
A quiet belief that I needed to fix myself to be worthy.
I thought if I:
- Learned enough knowledge
- Showed up consistently enough
- Did the right things in the right way
Then maybe I'd feel enough. Lovable. Safe.
That version of me was doing her best. She created from the tools she had. She gave generously. She meant every word and she did see progress.
But she was still chasing her own wholeness.
She hadn't yet learned that the biggest breakthroughs don't come from efforting—they come from safety.
She didn't know yet that real power lies not in the endless pursuit of fixing yourself, but in accepting yourself.
So when I reimagined everything for Creator Field Notes, I asked:
- How can I make this even more loving?
- How can I speak to the nervous system, not just the mind?
- How can I make sure every word says "You are already enough"—and truly mean it?
This project became a love letter to my younger self.
To the version who thought she had to prove her worth. To the one who worked so hard to get it right.
To the one who hadn't yet discovered that unconditional love isn't something you earn—it's something you return to.
